To Wafa,

I will start off by saying Wafa is a very caring and thoughtful business woman.  When my wife and I started looking for a home we had no idea what the process was or where to begin.  As soon as we met Wafa, everything became much easier.

She was very patient from the beginning, asked us our budget, what towns we were looking in, and what kind of a home we were looking at.  She was always very concious of our needs and never did my wife and I ever feel like she was just looking to make a sale.  We truly felt as though she was trying to help us find our "dream home."

We looked at least fifty homes and when I couldn't make it to one, she picked my wife up and took her to show her the house.  Wafa would also guide us in the right direction telling us if a home was too expensive or just not right for us to begin with.  Again, I cannot stress how comforting it was to feel that she was looking out for our best interest.

When we finally narrowed it down to two homes, she helped us pick the right one.  She went above and beyond to get us the best price possible.  I am in sales myself and lowering the price never makes you the most money, but she did that.  Not only did she get us a better deal, she got us a better price on the home that we really wanted.  My wife and I were going to go with a house in Smithtown that at the time was $365,000.  It was smaller than the home we really wanted, and Wafa knew the home in Nesconset was the home that we had really fallen in love with.  She went out of the way and contacted the owner and saved us another $20,000, making our decision a "no brainer."  After the inspection of the home she got a little more agressive for us and ended up saving me another $5,000 off.  Needless to say my pockets were very happy about that.

All in all, we just want anyone who is working with this pleasant woman to know that you are in goods hands.  She will truly work for you and help you find a place that is perfect for you.  Not only that she will hold your hand throughout the whole process from beginning to end.  We will recommend anyone to work with Wafa to purchase a home.  She truly cares about her job and the people she is working for.  Thank you Wafa!!!!
